Frequently Asked Questions

1) What should I bring for my first consultation?

If you have scheduled a consultation with Asira Medical for the first time, we recommend bringing your health insurance card (if applicable). In addition, you should also bring any previous medical records that your doctor should know about. Our healthcare expert usually reviews the patient’s medical history beforehand.

2) What can I expect during my appointment?

At Asira Medical, we provide personalized treatment plans for each patient depending on their specific needs. Therefore, during your appointment, the doctor will conduct a comprehensive examination, including physical and digital health screenings. The doctor may also recommend a few tests to assess your health condition and any potential risk factors. After the diagnosis, the doctor will discuss your care options and answer any questions you may have.

3) What aesthetic medicine services do you offer?

Dr. Monica Grover understands that appearance is also a key factor in helping patients regain their confidence and enthusiasm for life. Thus, we offer a number of aesthetic medicine services to help you achieve your desired beauty goals. Our specialties include reducing acne, wrinkles, excess fat, cellulite, spider veins treatment, botox, and more.

4) Will I see the same doctor each time I come in?

We usually assign a doctor to oversee and take care of all your long-term medical needs. Therefore, we will attempt to ensure all your consultations are with the same doctor based on the doctor’s schedule availability.

5) Can I get an appointment right away?

Yes, we do offer same-day appointments or walk-in consultations. However, we always recommend scheduling an appointment in advance to avoid long waiting times. You can schedule an appointment at any time during our working hours.

6) Can I bring a family member to my appointments?

Yes, we always recommend bringing a spouse, partner, family member, or friend for support. However, it is best to avoid accompanying more than two people with you for the appointment.

7) What if I have to cancel my appointment?

If you have to cancel your appointment due to any unforeseen circumstances, we recommend informing our team at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. You can also reschedule the appointment for another time as required.

8) Do you conduct all testings in your own facilities?

At Asira Medical, we have state-of-the-art well-equipped facilities for conducting various testings related to the different healthcare services we offer.
