I was a little annoyed with the nearly hour-long wait, but Dr. Grover immediately apologized and explained that they have someone new on staff and had been running behind all day. We discussed my current health as well as family health history in her office before going to the examining room. The appointment itself was fast (not *too* fast– just efficient), and Dr. Grover made me feel very welcome and comfortable, as did the admins working in the office.

Dr.Grover was really nice and inviting. Going to the doctor may be nerve wrecking however she makes you feel calm. She explains everything she is going to do before she does it to put your mind at ease. I will definitely be going back to her.
